Yes, you can sort trucks by bid amount (lowest or highest) or by auction start/end dates(Newest or Oldest).
Truck images are displayed for viewing only. Downloading images is not supported on the platform.
Truck images and videos are displayed on the truck details page, showing a gallery of available media.
To add a truck to your watchlist, click the "Add to Watchlist" button on the truck details page. You can view the trucks in your watchlist from the Watchlist page.
Payments and Transactions
The platform accepts multiple payment methods, including cash and bank transfers. Simply upload your proof of payment on the Payment Procedure page to complete the transaction.
Once you win an auction, go to the Payment Procedure page and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation, and your transaction status will be updated to "Pending." Additionally, your chosen payment method will be reflected in the platform.
Payments cannot be canceled once completed. If there’s an issue with your payment, please contact customer support at jmatrucks@gmail.com.
If your payment fails, our customer support team will contact you, and you will have the opportunity to attempt the payment again. Please note that your bid will be considered invalid if the payment is not completed within the required timeframe.

An "Awaiting Payment" status indicates that you have not yet made the payment or uploaded your proof of payment for the truck. You must complete the payment and upload the proof to finalize the auction.
A "Pending" status means that you have uploaded your proof of payment, and the Payment Support Team is currently verifying it. Once verified, you will receive a pull-out date indicating when you can retrieve your truck.
"Completed" means that you have already retrieved the truck on the set pull-out date, and the transaction is now fully complete.

You will receive notifications for bid status changes (outbid, win) via registered email and within the platform.
